How to schedule ANY Alle NGRP appointment: 

  • Only Elizabeth or Kaylee should be scheduling the NGRP Filler appointments 

  • Anyone can schedule NGRP Botox 

  • Always pull up their chart and there will be a sticky saying they are an NGRP patient  

  • Pull up their ALLE and make sure the offer is in the account and make sure to schedule prior to the listed expiration date 

  • Schedule new patients as consult + add notes in the appointment comments saying “NGRP Botox” or “NGRP Filler”

Explain Botox vs Dysport pricing:

  • Dysport is a smaller molecule than Botox. For example, 1 unit of Botox is equal to 3 units of Dysport, which is why the pricing is less. In short, the pricing ends up being about the same because it takes 3x the amount of Dysport vs Botox.

  • If the patient asks which one is better: I would recommend coming in for a complimentary consultation with one of providers to assess your needs and concerns. They will be able to make the best recommendation for you, and we can always treat you the same day if you’re comfortable!

Packing Slip Protocol

  1. When an order comes in, find the packing slip first.

  2. Verify everything that is on the packing list has arrived in the shipment.

  3. Check off each item on the packing slip after you have verified it is there and the quantity is correct.

  4. Date & initial the packing slip.

  5. Scan the packing slip in and email it to the wpsinventory@googlegroups.com.

  6. Save the packing slip on the Z drive in the Packing Slips folder under the current Year, Service Line, and Product.

Social Media Photo Consent SOP:

  • If a provider would like a patient to sign a social media photo consent, they must check the photo consent box on the top of the patient flow sheet before the patient checks out from their appointment. A social media photo consent should be attached to every follow up appointment’s chart.

  • PEC’s are responsible for checking every flow sheet to see if the photo consent box is checked.

  • At checkout, PEC’s are responsible for handing the patient the social media photo consent and asking them to initial ONLY ONE out of the three options: All media, website only, or in-office use only. If the patient initials all three, please confirm which ONE option they are consenting to and have them circle the correct option. 

  • If the patient has any restrictions they would like to request, they are to write in the restriction/comment section at the bottom of the photo consent. For example blur tattoos, lips only, etc. 

  • PEC’s are responsible for writing the Provider and Procedure at the top of the photo consent.

  • All locations other than BR main building are responsible for scanning in the signed photo consent and emailing it to wpsphotoconsents@googlegroups.com


    • Digital Consents will be downloaded and attached to the email that goes to wpsphotoconsents@googlegroups.com

  • From there, PEC’s are responsible for filing the consent into the correct patient chart under the “consent” tab. (Digital Consents will be under “RX Forms”)
