Used as a topic sentence in RACE or RACERA. We take out the question words and the period and make it a statement. Usually the first sentence in the writing.
What does it mean to restate?
This part of speech describes a noun.
What is an adjective?
In the first or last paragraphs in the passage. Also, in the first and last sentences in the paragraph.
Where can you usually find the central idea in a selection?
The ability to do something well.

When the narrator is an outside observer not involved in the action, using pronouns like he, she, they, him, her, or them.

To Copy from the text word for word. We use quotation marks before the sentence and after the period at the end. This supports my answer from the story.
