We will provide documentation of date/time, name and title, and emergency service dept name if this occurs.
What is an Indoor Leak?
This does NOT affect the grade/classification of a leak.
What is Air Temperature?
If you see these multi-legged pests around a gas structure it can help you identify this characteristic of a leak.
What are Insects?
Natural Gas is dangerous because it displaces this property, which leads to suffocation.
What is Oxygen?
Natural gas will ignite/explode and cause damage within this saturation level of fuel to air.
What is 5% to 15%?
We will do this if there is an open gate that should be closed.
What is "Trigger security response procedures"?
Type of soil, line pressure, leak size, depth of cover, water content in the soil, variation of soil compaction, voids, and frost and pavement are all factors affecting this.
What are leaking patterns?
This can grow around natural gas structures if there is a leak. (Hint: they aren't the psychedelic ones)
What is Fungus?
This chemical is injected into Natural Gas to be readily detectable for a person with a normal sense of smell, due to it's odorless natural property.
What is Mercaptan?
This pressure gas does not cause damage or leaks.
What is Low Pressure?
We will do this if there is High pressure, Low pressure, No pressure, or if the installation no longer meets code requirements.
What is "Initiate action that will ensure a timely repair"?
Location, surface conditions, ignition sources, and volume of gas in association with a leak are all factors affecting this.
What is grade/classification?
If water is doing this near a gas structure it can indicate a leak.
