Using kind words, listening when others speak, not talking over others, looking at someone when they speak, treating others' property with care.

How should books be handed out and collected and the start and end of a subject? And what you should be doing while that happens?
Books handed out and collected carefully not to rip them, placing books gently, collected in order of the seating plan, without talking, if someone is away put it on their desk, quickly (less than 2 minutes).
Sitting quietly while you wait, reading, drawing independently on whiteboards (goes away when book arrives)
