When is a customer charged for VHDP and how much is it?
As soon as they sign $25+ tax per month (prorated only for first charge depending on where they are in their current billing cycle). While they don’t pay anything today, it shows up on their Verizon account immediately.
How many claims can be filed in a year and what is the individual claim limits as well as the yearly claim limits?
Unlimited claims up to 3K per claim and 5K per year for a rolling 12 month period. These limits are shared between both addresses when a second address is added.

What address is covered for the initial billing? Can that be changed? How many times can the second address be changed in 1 year?
The main address covered is the billing address on file with Verizon. Yes, they can change their main billing address but need to understand that their bills will go to that address if they did not opt into paperless billing. It can be changed 3 times in a 12 month period.
