The compost looks dry
Qualitative
I measure out just the right amounts of manure, shavings and hay

The 1st thing we add when following the recipe is

In order to make sure there aren't any pathogens or weed seeds we need to use this to get the right temperature measurement

The temperature is above 131 degrees for 4 days
