What is the Holiday Policy (when we have a day off per the company)?

You need to come to work the day before and after the holiday. Example: If the Holiday is on Monday, you would need to come friday and tuesday in order to recieve the holiday pay

What should you be reviewing with your client when you are waiting for all your clients to arrive during daily?

Their goals, they should be reviewed in the beginning of every club, you should review them as they show up in your club.

Grab a "Walk" PTT and let the Brittney or Connie what PTT you have.

There are extra Timehseets/ AC notes/ and CIF notes by the timeclock

What is the difference between Traditional and Remote services?

Traditional: in-person services only

Remote: a mix of in-person (part-time), curbside, phone calls, zoom, emails, and art deliveries

PPl: needs to be put in advance with PD, will be stated on calender

Call Outs: staff need to call the office and talk with CM/PAA. If no one answers leave a VM stating you wont be in don't put the reasoning.

How should breaks be taken?

Club: Breaks are taken when requested from clients.

Work: Normally taken at the end but can be done at any time a client request, if you are by yourself you will have to take the break with all clients

Can you make U-turns in the van?

No, too many accidents have occurred with staff so no vehicle can make a U-turn

If you had the park as your designated place for your club but you want to change your location what should be your next step?

Call through your PTT and connect with Base so you can tell the Case Manager about your location change.

Pulls driving history and any tickets staff received and it is pulled every 6 months.

Yes, but if needs to be lifted not dragged. When your done it needs to be put back how it was initially

Social Media Policy?

it cannot be used to harass or discriminate against co-workers or divulges confidential information about SVS or its clients. Also not accepting friend requests on any social media platform from any client. Use your own judgement for staff.

Client Buying, what is the policy?

Clients are able to buy as long as they have their Parents/ Care Providers permission. Their is a limit to  $25 and they can only buy for themselves not for any friends/ other clients or staff.
