This tactic used longer spears (Sarissas) and lighter armor allowing for longer reach and faster reach allowing for a quick conquest of Greece.

That is debatable. Maybe a bit of both. He was a conqueror who brought glory to Rome, he genuinely cared for the people, he was an effective ruler, and was very organized. He was also power-hungry and possibly had ambitions to be a dictator.

It is a government where the people vote on everything. It is chaotic and it often divides people based on needs.

A state containing a city and the land around it.

A form of government where citizens vote to send a leader to represent them in the capital.

Greek mythology was a way to explain who did what and why something that Greeks couldn't explain happened. "Why don't I have a job? It's not because I'm lazy, its just that the gods hate me!"
