Bystanders can either help stop the situation or worsen it. If bystanders do nothing, they are essentially supporting the bully. But one bystander can do something, even if they don't want the recognition and can stop the bullying
How important is the role of bystanders and why?

That they have a pretty good life, have everything going for them and things are easy because they are regarded in favor by a large portion of people. We make these assumptions based on this favoritism and external view.
