We looked at what we liked about alcohol and other drugs, and why we were using them.

Doing drugs because "they were there". Seeing how it felt.
What is experimenting?
Emotion that can build up inside and "go off" without warning.
What is Anger?
A goal is something you want to accomplish soon. A goal is a goal you can achieve in 12 months or less.
What is a short term goal?
the act of showing that you believe that someone or something is good or acceptable : approval of someone or something. : the act of helping someone by giving love, encouragement.

We made thoughtful decisions about our lives and about our use of alcohol and other drugs.

What are Drug "Addicts" names?
A fair and respectful way to understand problems and give feedback to other people.
What is constructive criticism?
Something you want to accomplish in the future. Require time and planning. They are not something you can do this week or even this year.
What is a long-term goal?
We followed through on our decisions about our lives and drug use. If we saw problems, we went back to earlier challenges and mastered them.
