Building confidence is like building muscle, it takes time you have to constantly challenge your body and mind to do something that makes you feel uneasy a good way to challenge yourself is to take cold showers every morning. Cold showers actually have many benefits like better skin and fat loss. But the most important benefit is that it makes you uncomfortable which makes you more confident in situations throughout the day.

How do you Learn more efficiently?

learning is a low dopamine activity, dopamine is the pleasure/desire hormone in your body. Your brain is always being overloaded with high dopamine activity like the internet or video games, social media etc. And then when it is time to learn your brain dislikes reading/studying because they are low dopamine activities. Its like if you had to choose between cake or broccoli you would choose the cake because it tastes better= High dopamine. So to fix this you have to perform a dopamine detox which is basically stopping all your high dopamine activities which will then cause you to eventually start liking low dopamine activities because your brain is so bored it just wants to do something.
