SC works alongside the B/L to identify and align on surplus items. This process is done throughout the year as well as during the Annual Material Review process.

What is the daily procedure prior to running the forklift and where can I find this information?
Must complete the daily checklist prior to use and this should be kept inside the forklift.

Material on hold- Over 5K in Cendec under 5K on spreadsheet or all on a spreadsheet.

What is District Tool and the purpose?
DT is equipment purchased by the company and charged out to the wells as needed. The purpose of the “District Tool” program is to capture recoverable costs associated with use of Unconventional-owned and managed tools so that wells receive the proper charges and joint interest partners are billed appropriately.
What is our current SMC exception?
Inventory Verification states that counts are to be done annually. SMC Exception allows counts to be done based off of a tiered approach.
