A cheetah crashes into its prey, and knocks it to the ground, it then kills with a quick bite to the throat. The cheetah can’t eat right away. It needs at least a half hour to catch its breath, then it can eat.

Monkeys and great apes are very different. The first thing you see is size. Great apes are bigger than monkeys. Apes do not have a tail, although monkeys do have tails. While monkeys usually walk on four legs, apes often walk on two. Some great apes have been taught to use sign language. This is something a monkey can not do. The ape, as well as the monkey, are primates.

The main idea is that monkeys and great apes have similarities and differences.

Everyone loves to be out in the sun. It’s good for people to be outside, but it is important to protect yourself from the sun. A sunburn is bad for your skin, and it hurts! To prevent yourself from getting sunburned, one thing you can do is use sunscreen. Rub it everywhere the sun can hit you, so that you are protected. You can also stay under cover from the sun. This would be like being under an umbrella, or in the shade of a tree.

The main idea is to understand how to protect yourself when you are in the sun.

Owls have almost silent flight. As a result, they can sneak up on rodents who would make a tasty snack. Rodents are fast. Without the ability to sneak up on prey like mice and rabbits, it would be hard for an owl to get his dinner. This silent flight is due to special wing feathers that break the air into small air currents. As a result, their flight is nearly silent.

If your dog is a little stinky, and has dirt and mud in his fur and paws, it’s time to give him a bath. The first thing to do is put lukewarm water in the tub. Next, carefully place your dog in the tub, and gently rub him with soap and water. Be careful not to get soap in his eyes or ears, dogs really hate that. Once he is clean, rinse the soap off, making sure you get it all off. Finally, dry your dog carefully with a towel, but be prepared! Most dogs run like crazy after a bath!

People tend to be influenced by peer pressure because they want to fit in socially.

Ocean animals eat it, or get tangled up in it. This pollution is a problem for our own food safety and health. To solve this issue it is important to recycle plastic products. You can also buy new products that replace plastic, and reduce plastic pollution.

A total eclipse of the sun happens when the moon comes between the earth and the sun. When this happens, a shadow falls on part of the Earth. For this reason, if you live in a place on Earth where that shadow falls, it looks like it is almost night. Why almost? You can not see the light from the sun, because it is blocked by the moon, but you can see the light shining around it! That light is called a halo. It is a very exciting event!
