What is Newtons First law of motion?!
Inertia:
An object in motion, stays in motion unless acted on by an outside force.
An object at rest, stays at rest unless acted on by an outside force.
What is work?

Work occurs when force is applied and the object moves a certain distance in the same direction as the force.
What is an element?
a pure substance that cannot be broken down into simpler substances
How do the particles move in a solid?
They are packed close together and vibrate in place.
What do sound waves need in order to travel?
