Provider just got their invoice. They give you a credit card to put on file and approve charging it for the invoice amount, which you do. Then send a receipt. You upload this form to the Payment Center in sharepoint.
Note saying that it is paid already.
When doing OPK, at what point do they do their DUTCH Test?
5-7 days after the first positive, counting that day as day 1.
Anxiety makes their cycle all wonky.

What's the best thing they can do to ensure they hit the luteal phase after finding a testing window with OPK?
Hold samples. Next cycle should start no sooner than 4 days and no later than 9 days after DUTCH Test (Morning sample day 1).
