What do you do when you are notified of a shortage?
1. Check to see if you have your BOM signed by your CO and the HRH on file
- If yes, identify which shortage is missing. If the item was there when the HRH signed for it and it is now missing, STATEMENT OF CHARGES!
- If no, proceed with the proper steps on ordering the shortage. Build a BOM for this item and file it.
