The mission of the People with Disabilities & Caregivers Employee Inclusion Group is to support and enable employees to fully contribute and reach their full potential in the workplace. This EIG works to challenge the stereotypes and stigma associated with people with disabilities and to expand disability cultural competency throughout the company.

This is the number of phone rings the customer service team has to answer the phone and meet our contract goal

In 1872, Julius Sterling Morton proposed the holiday to plant trees on April 10 of that year and to award prizes to the counties and individuals who planted the most trees on that day. Roughly one million trees were planted in Nebraska on that day. Therefore, in 1885 this became a legal holiday in Nebraska and it was moved to April 22, the birthday of Julius Sterling Morton.

This department will receive requests from the state, manage reoccurring reports that are submitted each month, ensure we are meeting regulatory requirements, will help when you have a question about ethics and they will also ensure we are well prepared for an audit.
Who is Compliance?
In 1927, this ever-popular juice drink was invented by Edwin Perkins in Hastings, Nebraska. Perkins transformed his soft drink syrup “Fruit Smack” into the famous powder, making for an easier shipping process.

This is the newest Employee Inclusion Group at Centene. The mission of this group is to promote intergenerational connections across the workforce by fostering collaboration among employees of all career and life stages.

Reflecting the communities we serve is a vital part of how we embrace our corporate purpose. This Multicultural Employee Inclusion Group provides peer support for employees of all racial and ethnic backgrounds through networking, mentoring and coaching.
What is MOSAIC?
They are busy chasing charts - on average about 5,000 per year looking to see that our members are getting quality care. Last year the team was extra busy and chased over 20,000 charts!
