Upon submission and acceptance what time frame are we giving for review of the budget
2 Weeks. When hitting reply all we let the broker know that the budget will be reviewed by 2 weeks of this submission date and will let them know what the dates of the CAS/CANS assessment are or if there is one that's needed. Unless the effective date requires sooner attention.
Where do you find the rates of pay in Evero to match the pay rates on the budget template
Staff Management. In evero under this tab you will find the rates staff are currently making in the budget. We need to make sure that rate is in the budget to keep that pay rate open.
When reviewing the DDP2 scores what are the 3 categories of scores
Adaptive, Health, and Behavior. On the budget template these scores can be found on line 13. On the DPP2 they can be found at the bottom of the report. Scores are good for only 2 years.

False. IDGS pays for IDGS and OTPS pays for OTPS. IDGS is Medicaid and OTPS is state money. Like oil and water when doing a CNBA they do not mix

Upon completion before going into Ready to Go it can be forwarded to the Housing Committee. Once they review the tab, if everything is correct, they will give the OK to move to Ready to Go

CANS assessments are good for individuals under 18 for 1 year. CAS assessments are good for 2 years for individuals over 18. No. After 6/1 all budget submissions require an active assessment

We are looking to make sure the monies requested by the budget are going to their correct lines within any allowable cap space. Also looking for any changes in staffing rates. For it to be eligible to be a CNBA it has to be under a $1000 difference

Ready To Go folder on the VPN. Once that folder is cut from Needs to Be Reviewed it can go into Ready to Go. Once that is complete the budget review log submission can be changed to Purple indicating to your Leads it's good to go.
