What is a Direct Object?
A DO is a noun or pronoun located after a transitive verb and receives the action of the verb.
What is the difference between an active and a passive verb? Give ex.
Active – subject PERFORMS the action (Ie. The hurricane destroys the house.)
Passive – subject receives the action.( Ie. The house is destroyed by the hurricane.)
