Notification team have been informed to complete notifications that are 48 hours or more from present day to avoid duplication of efforts with WBA IIs.

What is the difference between Provider Partnership (Provider Partnership Provider Network) and Utilization Management team?
Provider Partnership: Supports with specialty provider relations to improve provider access, appointment delays/cancellations/no-shows, service delays, providers not following our referral process and other contracted concerns.
Utilization Management: Supports with authorization, LOA, create follow-up referrals. Team has clinical background.
True/False: If you need to schedule a back to back appointment in the add-on chat, you should not submit the order by paper print-out before the add-on appointment is added.
True: If the add-on request is not addressed same day, this can result in cancelling out the job and the add-on cannot happen.
