How does a bill become a law?
Members of congress with the bill and then it will be voted by both houses (House of Representatives and Senate). If passed by both, it will go to the president.
If signed, it will become a low.
If vetoed by the president, it will go back to Congress and if passed by 2/3 votes majority, the veto will be overruled and the bill will become a law
