Engage with families/students- all guests, be adaptable (changes happen), early arrival, positive mindset, eye contact.

Who do you notify when you are running late or need to change your OH?
Contact all pro staff not just one of us. Do not just remove your OH from the calendar.
What is FERPA?
Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act. A federal law and corresponding regulations, gives students certain rights to privacy of their education records and rights of access to their education records.

Brickyard accounts give parents, guests and affiliates access to their students' information. Families can opt in to PFS communications through this account.

Phone etiquette
Pick up the phone after 2 rings, take time to find resources/information to share, call back any vm in the helpline, don't be afraid to put someone on hold if you do not know the answer.

Families receive a commemorative gift for completing a series of activities
Families can complete the Parent Pride Points traditions with their student to receive a gift. They must complete 18 of the 23 traditions.
Why is it important to maintain confidentiality?
We receive private information and should respect what is shared with us. Families put their trust in us. Do not share with your peers.
