Send the email request to Jessica Williams, must include Student Name, LDA, Returning Term, Balance and can provide additional notes. The request is approved by Jessica and Ashley, if approved at that level, sent to Joel for approval and returned to the campus.
The differences between an Unofficial Withdrawal and an Official Withdrawal are?
A. Official withdrawal: student requests to be withdrawn; the DOD is the date of the student request.
B. Unofficial withdrawal: the student is at 14+ days on the LDA; the withdrawal is processed on day 15 with a DOD of day 14.
What date does the SSR use to determine if the student earns a W or WF grade when dropping a course?
The LDA of the specific course being dropped.
