What can you do to be an accountable person?

Apologize and complete the task that they asked you to do. 

Next time complete the task after being asked once or twice so they stop asking you. 

Also, communicate with them. For example: 

"I'm really into this game, can I do it in 20 minutes?"

"I don't feel good right now, can I do it later?"
