The CCCP is reviewed at each instance of care and/or comprehensive assessment, and updated when there is a change in the status of the person that impacts person/family preferences for care, goals and/or interventions of care.
Interior Health requires a firearm in the home to be safely stored which at minimum means what?
Safely stored, which at a minimum includes: Must be unloaded and, Must be secured by a locking device so it cannot be fired and, Locked in a container that is hard to break into (i.e. gun cabinet or locked closet) or must be locked in a room separate from where the client will be cared for.
Can facial recognition be used as one person specific identifier and in what circumstance?
Yes, where the care provider is familiar with the client.
What is the process you would take when sharing client information for a client transitioning from your service to another?
✓ Complete and share appropriate clinical documentation to support transfer of care
✓ Arrange a verbal handover with clinician taking responsibility for care after the transition
✓ Confirm documentation shared has been received
