It indicates that she is fed up or annoyed with Moose. She could also be tired or just generally not in the mood/headspace to have the conversation, meaning her answer is likely no.

He has been able to fit in and make friends. Although he might still not be super happy about his situation, he's come to terms with it and is accustomed to life on Alcatraz.  (Ex. he remarks that he "hardly notice[d when he had] put... on [his] first convict washed shirt." (120).

Cricket. He mentions Cricket's wedding because Natalie, when she was younger, got naked in the middle of the ceremony.

She does not believe Natalie to be normal, in a bad way. She is protective and loving of her, but subconsciously views Natalie as less than/ does not believe Natalie will succeed in the same way that Moose will.
