What is a contact?
A contact is someone who answers your first question in the survey.
Can someone else provide answers to the survey that is not the person you are calling for?
(Ex: parent, spouse, sibling, etc.)
No. Only the person who you are calling for is allowed to answer the survey. (That is why confirming who you are talking to is extremely important)
What do you do if someone answers the first question, but not the rest?
Save information they gave and move on to the next call.

What are you required to do if you cannot make it to your shift for a valid reason?
You are to notify your supervisor, Kenia, as soon as possible and send an email to: Nancy and Kenia notifying that you will not be able to work your shift.
