This is known as the superhero drug and is classified as a stimulant. It will constrict blood vessels, dilate pupils, and increase heart rate, blood pressure, and body temp. Some short term effects are: restlessness, irritability, anxiety, paranoia, tremors, muscle twitches, and vertigo.
