They have a 5 minute grace period, we must call at the 6 minute mark.

Retail is $200 and Bar is $400

Lost and Found - Do we keep wallets, phones or high end jewelry in the admin drawer? 

NO - we always place these items in the safe, please ask an MOD to place in the safe.

Can you edit or delete a timecard if another admin has already corrected/entered a PCA? 

No, editing or deleting timecards in focus after another already has can cause variances in DSR and cause issues with a PM's check.

What 3 things should we do if we suspect a Playmaker is a NCNS, before we mark them on the report? 

1. Call their number

2. Print on the clock report 

3. Radio MOD's to verify no one has seen said PM

What things does a checkout report need from Bayhosts and Bartenders?

If a PM has already received their 2 shirts and want another shirt, do they A. Pay for a new one and bring receipt to admin or B. the admin gives them a shirt? 

A - if a PM has already received their 2 shirts ANY replacement no matter the reason (need new size or lost) must pay for a new shirt. Only exception to this is if a PM spills and needs a new shirt.

Is sprucing up the admin office/hub part of your admin duties? 

Short answer YES, long answer is that the cleanliness of the admin office is your responsibility and there should never be cups, food, plates, etc. (a mess) left behind for another admin to clean up.

Is it okay to change a PM in time when they are late to the time they were scheduled? 

No, this is technically time theft and should never be done.

Where do you go to mark attendance occurrences?

Can you tell a bayhost who their PM relief is by name? 

NO - you may give them their in time but NEVER tell them who their relief is.

Rockstar Nametags - what is the procedure for giving these out? 

We must get ask the PM the reason for the rockstar nametag - if they need a new one you must add them to the tracker and they will need to IMMEDIATELY go to retail pay for it and bring back the receipt (no PM should be added to the tracker without payment) IF the simply forgot their nametag please remind them this nametag is to be returned.

When do we close the admin office door? 

A. When we leave for our shift

B. When we leave the office for any reason

C - The admin office door is to remain closed and locked when it is not occupied.

TRUE/FALSE? If a PM loses their Focus card and needs a new one do we charge them after the 1st replacement?  

TRUE - The second replacement is $5.00, they must go down to retail and bring up the receipt. Remember your Focus card IS part of your uniform.

Does attendance need to be completed for both am and pm shifts? 

YES, Attendance is part of your admin duties and you should complete this before the end of your shift AM or PM.

Do you need to stay until safe count is completed for PM shifts? Or do you leave at your scheduled out in hotschedules?

Admins are required to stay until safe count is done and all checkout reports have been turned in - this should not be the AM admin's responsibility. IF your scheduled out time and safecount happen at the same time you may leave.

If a PM is having issues logging into Myapps what should we do to assist them? 

We must fill out the paper outside the admin office and instruct the PM to make the phone call to IT. We may also give them a training tablet if their phone isn't working.

Downtime/Side Tasks - What can you do during downtime?

A. Homework, B. Watch Videos on phone , C. Ask MOD if they need help with anything OR D. Clean the hub 

C and D - Playmakers are not permitted to do homework or watch videos (streaming services, tiktok or youtube) while clocked in.

If a playmaker wants to dispute a PCA, what should they do? 

They must get their dispute approved by an MOD and must sign the PCA.

Should you wait until an MOD asks where a PM is before you call them to ask their ETA for their shift? 

NO - It is the admin's responsibility to keep up with attendance and the roster report you need to call after the 6 minute mark.

When a PM comes to pickup a check what should we do?

Grab down check container above Kristina's desk, have the PM sign they received their check, have them write the check number and the admin must initial that they received the check.

Can a PM borrow a jacket for the day? 

NO - the PM must buy the jacket if they wish to wear it, we cannot have them borrow it for sanitary purposes.

Are time off requests in the binder automatically approved? 

NO - Office manager will reach out to let you know if an absence has been approved and will intruct you to request it off in hotschedules as well.
