These 2 documents include the parent's right to participate in all meetings, to examine all educational records, and to obtain an independent educational evaluation (IEE) of the child.  These 2 documents also include the 10 areas of rights the parent has as a parent of a child with a disability. Both must be given to the parent at least 1 time per year.

This section is in SMART format, and it provides information as to what kind of data will be collected throughout the course of the IEP.  This section also drives what services the student will receive.
