With the Artboard tool, you can double click on an artboard’s name in the workspace to change it. You can also open the Artboard panel and double click to rename it there.
What are Live Corners?
The little circles inside of each corner point. When you drag them around, they round out the corners of a shape.
Why is a bleed space helpful when printing your artwork from Illustrator?
Bleed space allows you to create color that extends past the edges of your artboard. Then when your project is cut out, there is no chance of white gaps appearing at the edges of the page.
What does a clipping mask do?
Clips a layer to the shape of the layer above it.
What are two ways to change the order of shapes on the artboard?
Right Click > Arrange > Send to Back or Front, or drag to a new position in the Layers panel.
When drawing with the Star tool, how do you change the number of points?
Press the Up/Down arrows while dragging with the Star tool. Or, click once on the artboard to open the Star tool menu box and enter the number of points.
