What is brain plasticity? What's goin' on with neurons as we create and change habits?

The ability of the brain to be flexible and change. Neurons send messages to the body (lil electrical charges) and are strengthened (through habit formation) and pruned (changing habits). Neurons have dense connections when a habit is formed.
