Can you explain the difference between Present perfect and Present perfect continuous? (Key words, time reference, result/action...)
They both use "since/for" and are not defined in time, but Present perfect focuses on the RESULT/CONCLUSION of an action, and Present perfect progressive focus on the action, it is not finished (recently...). Ex: I have lived in France before. VS I have been living in France for the last 10 years. OR I have painted the room VS I have been painting the room.

Past perfect uses two actions in the past, action 1 and 2. The first action (or the oldest one in terms of time/story telling), will use Past perfect, and the more recent past action will use Simple past.
