Any time they don't meet employer grading standard, but it is passing with UAGC it will be an allowance. It counts in employer contribution and grant period with max of 3 allowances. When they hit 3 they are maxed and can't continue until their funding renews OR they change payment options.

Advise that it is out of pocket expense due before class starts. If they want to proceed, get to finance to find out total cost-plus fees. Then they fill out FTG Concurrent Enrollment Request form one week before class starts. When form is submitted, set up FTG CCER student request for AU default LDG Doc intake.
