All students will be supervised by an ACE staff member past 6:30 PM but ACE operations (activities) will conclude at 6:30 PM unless there is an event or an extraordinary situation

The following procedure will ensure all safety measures are handled appropriately:
Walk to the designated area and take accurate attendance, meaning all students who end up in your line. If all your students are present, then ACE staff will show a green all-clear card. If all your students are NOT present, then ACE staff members will show a red card. If a student in your roster is in a different line, you still must present a red card and ACE administrators will make the necessary updates
Who is authorized to provide medication to students
ACE staff are not obligated to assist in providing medication for students. Only during a life-saving situation can an ACE administrator provide medication support for students.
