Where do you find the location GUID in admin pages to add to the corresponding location in SF? 

  1. Login to Admin Pages
  2. Navigate to Practice
  3. Click on “Locations”
  4. Click on the pencil and paper icon for the location you are setting up, this will open up the Location properties box.
  5. Copy the ID
  6. Login to Salesforce
  7. Open the Practice
  8. Navigate to the Locations section
  9. Click “Edit” to the left of the location you are setting up
  10. Paste the copied ID from the Admin Pages into the Location GUID field in Salesforce
    1. Make sure there is not an extra space after the Location GUID in Salesforce
  11. Press “Save”.

This is important for location level reporting. GUID is a 36-character number and is unique per location (do not copy the same GUID for multiple locations!).
