To protect both the camper and yourself; never be alone with a camper! -- Never be alone with a camper; always two staff and one camper or one staff and two campers

Keep them engaged with games or songs & give CLEAR expectations

Assist the specialist, engage with campers, and help manage camper behavior! (PARTICIPATE!)
