Where can the AWC number be found on the certificate?
The AWC number can be found in the bottom right hand corner.
does the customer always need an Airworthiness Certificate?
The customer does not always need to send in the AWC they can instead provide us with the Airworthiness certificate number. We must request this in writing and then attach this to the image panel.

What would you do if the AWC is in the box?
Ensure that you check the key code, contents and CPC first as these may prevent you from releasing the shipment. If this is the case, contact the customer as they may have a AWC number
