This is the procedure you would follow in the event of a late DSD delivery

What is: Create a ‘Missing Delivery’ ticket within NOW Mobile. If delivery is not received within 24 hours, all items on the ASN must be claimed to zero.

This is the process you would take to accurately check-in DSD product after it has been unloaded from the truck in the backroom

What is: Compare the quantity of each item received to the amount billed for each item on the invoice. If the amount matches, put a check mark next to that product on the invoice. If the amount does not match, note the quantity received and circle the item on the invoice. Ask the driver to correct any discrepancies notated on the invoice. If a product is received that is not on the delivery invoice, refuse the product and ask the driver to remove it from the store.
