I have a few!  I love red!  However, I also like black, teal, maroon, and plum.

What is Miss Kluck's favorite food? 

Anything grilled!! Chicken, steak, grilled cheese sandwich.  Also Chinese food and Mexican food.

How many years has Miss Kluck been teaching? 

I have taught a total of 8 years.  This is my 9th year. 

I taught at Pacelli Catholic schools for 3 years teaching 3rd grade.  Then for 4 years at Xavier Catholic Schools teaching 3rd and 4th.  Last year was my first year with Neenah here at Horace Mann.

Where does Miss Kluck originate from? 

I come from Stevens Point, WI.  More specifically Rosholt, WI.  I went to school in Rosholt and all the grades were in one building.  I then went to college through the University of Wisconsin- Stevens Point for Elementary Education.  I also have two minors in Music and Natural Sciences.

Does Miss Kluck have siblings?  If so, how many? 

Yes I do!  I have two sisters, Nicole and Neal.  Along with a brother named Andrew.  They are all married and my sister Neal has a son (who is my nephew) and his name is Simon.

Yes, she has a cat named Jack after her favorite movie character Jack Skellington.

March 25th!  This year it is during our spring break.

How many bins of books do we have in our classroom library? 

63 bins of books!  

The library should look like it is now. 

Books should be returned to the bin they came from.  

If you don't remember which bin, read the labels and do your best. 

One classroom job is organizing the library which means to put books into bins and have them facing forward.  This is done by 2-3 students daily.

I can find my mail _________. 

In the mailboxes that are to the right of the classroom door. 

Your mail is organized by numbers and the number is located on the bottom edge of your mailbox.  

This is also a classroom job for 2 students and should be done daily.  

Mail will go home on Wednesday's each week.  One of your folders will be used in your mailbox.

Each job has a description of what you need to do along with what numbers are responsible for that job.  Jobs are done daily and are changed monthly along with seating.

Classroom supplies can be found ________.

There are multiple locations! 

1. in the cube organizer under the Smartboard (this is where whiteboard kits, clipboards, extra headphones, mouses, extra expo markers, and wiggle seats are found.  

2. by the two sinks.  These are ONLY if you do not have the supplies and should be returned after being used.  They hold colored pencils, crayons, markers, scissors, and rulers.  

3. extra paper is found in the trays by the fish tank and by the window.  This can be used during recess or during testing time.  

4. sharpeners are located in three areas.  We sharpen pencils once a week.  No pencil sharpening happens during teaching or learning time as it can be distracting to classmates.  They can be used wh

By the Number Corner wall and Math area.  

This area will have anything Math related in it.  

When we have Math rotations workplaces will be a rotation.  We will practice expectations more soon, but real quick.

1. Workplaces can be played at the round table and the counter area by the Math area.

2. The expectations and avalible workplaces are posted on the wall by the workplace station.  

3. ALL materials or tools for each workplace are in the plastic sleeve.

4. Workplaces MUST be returned the way you found them.
