When was Al Éxito established as a nonprofit? 

Became a 501(c)3 nonprofit in March 2010. The Board of Directors hired Dawn Martinez Oropeza as the Executive Director in March 2013

Movimiento -  Intensive leadership, college preparatory, academic achievement, and civic engagement program. 3 key strategies to develop student youth leaders 1) research/ data analysis; 2) leadership through civic engagement; 3) youth-led action.
