You can share the room change process - student needs to submit a room change request which the Community Coordinator of the building will review, the student can reach out to the CC by email

Encourage them to have their student to reach out if they have questions/concerns

You receive a call from dispatch that a student needs a temp card, what do you do? 

Meet up with the student to confirm why they are requesting temp card 

If they lost titan card or lost access - call COC to get approval for temp card, provide COC with resident's info

After COC approval - go to office to issue keys and text COC the picture of the keys

Batteries, Screwdrivers (2), Water Key, Blue Tape, Caution Tape, Gloves, Zip Ties, Flashlight, Pens

Tell the student they have the option to remove the marijuana from housing property - if they are unable to remove it themselves, we have to dispose of it by flushing it down the toilet

You are on zone and get a call that a resident cannot access their room. When you arrive, the door lock won't light up. What should you do?

Replace batteries (while putting in the last battery, hold light until it flashes quickly)

Reset the lock (#323232)

Swipe their Titan Card to ensure it works

* submit maintenance request if the lock is still not lighting up after replacing the batteries
