First In First Out. We use FIFO by writing the date on products and using the oldest ones first. 🗒
How should you contact a manager/shift lead if you need something work-related?
Use Slack! I will always respond to text messages but I prefer you use slack for work messaging. Call if it's an emergency or something that needs an immediate answer. ☎️
What is considered being "on time" for your shift?
At most 15 minutes early, unless otherwise asked. Come to work when scheduled and don't be late! ⏱
After customers leave or anytime you have free time, what is the first thing you should do?
Clean the dining room! This includes wiping tables, countertops, trash cans, and sweeping floors 🧹
When following J.Dawgs dress code, what should you not wear?
No Sweatpants, athletic shorts, or open-toe shoes. 👔
What opening, shift change, and closing task fills ketchup, mustard, brown mustard, and mayo?
Condiments. Don't forget to wipe out the bottom of the condiment fridges! 🌭

If you need a shift taken how do you proceed?
Submit a shift drop or swap request on When I Work and message others to ask if they can take it. If no one takes it you are still responsible for your shift. If it's an emergency and you really can't make it, as a last resort, reach out to managers and we might help. 📲
Who is our "First Responder" discount for?
Military, Police, Firefighters, EMTs. Missionaries. Only for personal purchases (not for orders or large group purchases) 👮🏼
How much sanitizer do you add to the sanitizer buckets?

Turn off the burners and wait for the fire to stop. If it doesn't, carefully pull out the crumb trays and spread baking soda over the flames until extinguished.🔥
How do you set your availability on When I Work?
After opening the app go to the more tab, then go to the availability tab. From there you can enter the days times you are and aren't available. 📲
