miss.grace, she hypnotized the kids so they thought that they were toys. When the next night came the poppy playtime factory workers could turn them into toys while they were sleeping by taking their brain and moving it to the already made life sized toy body to entertain the other kids. They take those kids and do the same thing over and over again. They were orphans so it made it worse. The toys took her and did the same thing to her during the hour of joy and you can find more information on the hour of joy if you like but it was when all the toys planed a time when they would kill everyone in the factory on that day and Huggy Wuggy started it because he was the first kid to suffer.
