- avoiding taking things offered by strangers

- let a trusted adult know if someone is hurting or making your uncomfortable
- closing (and maybe locking) the door when you are using the bathroom
- avoid touching hot things like the oven
- looking both ways before crossing the street

False! Some types of touch are not safe. For example,touches that hurt or that feel uncomfortable are probably not safe. If someone tells you to keep a secret about touching it's not safe.
