-Take some deep breaths before hand
-Ask yourself, "What is the size of this problem?"
-Suzie should have taken some deep breaths and went on with her day because it was a little problem.
-If you are in the Red Zone, you a strategy to calm you down. For example, you could do: Lazy 8 Breathing, Size of the Problem, talk to an adult.
