What are the 7 charter of rights and freedoms?

Fundamental rights: You have the right to follow any religion, you can express your opinion and peaceful protests.

Democratic: If you're 18 and citizen of Canada, you can vote. You can also participate in politics aswell. Elections happen every 5 years or less and Elected officials must meet atleast once a year.

Mobility Rights: You can work and live in any province/territory in  Canada. You can leave and back to Canada when ever you want.

Legal Rights: It is an option to see a lawyer if you got arrested. If needed, you have to go to court in a amount of time. You are considered innocent until proven guilty.

Equality rights: No matter what race, gender backround etc you are treated fairly.

Official Launguge right: You have the right to speak the 2 official launguages of Canada (French and English).

Minority Launguge Education Rights: You can attend a school that speaks French and English.

Voting process

1. You will recieve a voters info card

2. Go to a polling station listed on the card

3. Head to the registration desk and show your ID to the DRO (deputy returning officer).

4. The DRO will check your ID if you could vote and then he gives you a ballot

5. Take your ballot to a private booth and mark an X next to a condidate's name u want to vote for.

6. Meet the election official and he/she will teach you how to vote.

7. Once you have voted. Leave the polling station
