All sales are final. We do not offer any cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Every case is situational but the above statement is what you tell all customers.
How do I schedule a phone appointment?
Login in. Ask what day and time they would like to come in. See if we have any openings on that day. Click on the day fill in their first and last name. Take down their phone number and email address. Select what kind of appointment that are trying to book. Get the wedding date, the amount of guest that are coming to the appointment, budget, and styles the bride is looking for.

How long is a bridal and bridesmaid appointment? How many guests do we recommend to be at the appointment?
Bridal appointments are 75 minutes
Bridesmaids appointment are 60 minutes.
We recommend 5 guest to all appointments to ensure that our brides get the best Blush experience. If you have a bride that call in that is bringing more than 5 guest, just please remind them that are salon is intimate and we what to ensure that everyone has a relaxed, stress free appointment.
Which bridal designers has an old and new size chart? How do know the difference between the new and old size charts when going to size your brides?

Measurement fee for bridesmaids is $50
Measurement for bridal is $100

How do you save information in bridal live? (How do you save your bridal card in bridal live?)
You go to search contacts in the top left corner of the screen. Type the name of the bride that you are looking for. Click on her name once it pops up. In the box under all of her personal information you can make a note of her favorites from the appointment.

Why do I need to schedule a bridal appointment? or Can I just walk-in?
Yes, a bridal appointment is require to ensure the bride get the best Blush experience. A bridal room will be available along with a Blush stylist to assist during the 75 min. appt.
We will do our best to accommodate walk-ins.
What is Hollow to Hem? Do we offer it?
Dessy plus size fee is what? What about extra length for Dessy?
Dessy plus size fee is $40 where all other designer (Mori Lee, Jasmine, Allure, and Sorella Vita is $30)
Dessy extra length fee is $30 (Sorella Vita, Allure, Mori Lee, and Jasmine are $40)
What form of payment is acceptable at pick up appointments?
Cash or credit cards
At pick up appointments if you accept a check the check may bounce and the merchandise has left our salon causing us to lose money.
How do I complete follow ups and task through bridal live?
On your home screen there will be a list of task and the date it is due for you to complete. Click on the brides name and follow up with them via text, email, or phone call. After you follow up, notate the information you received from the brides. Then go back into Bridal Live and select edit next to the task. Then select complete to finish your follow up.
My wedding is fewer than 6 months away...what are my options?

Do we offer in-house customizations/alterations?
Not in-house customizations meaning we will refer bride to Tailoring by Tinh. The bride is welcome to go to any other alterations shop, but not all tailor/seamstress can do customizations.
For Jasmine, Jade by Jasmine, and Jade Couture by Jasmine which size chart do you use now?
The chart with size "N" in front of size number
Keep in mind when you have a BM or MOB try on a style for sizing put her in a gown with a "N" size and tell her it will tighter since samples have been tried on and often stretch out slightly.
What are the estimated shipping time frame for mother's, bridesmaids, and flower girl?
How far in advance should a bridesmaids order deadline be set?
Approximately 3 months
Deadline 5 months not counting the wedding month
How far in advance should I purchase my wedding dress? Why? Please explain.
Hint: keep in mind about alterations
We recommend 9-12 months prior to your wedding month. Wedding gowns can take up to 6 months to be produced, shipped, and delivered to our salon. Alterations can take up to 6-8 weeks (~2 months).

For pregnant, soon-to-be pregnant, or trying to get pregnant bridesmaids or brides, what is the best size recommendation?
We recommend at least 2 sizes up from where they are currently measuring out to be to ensure they will have room to grow and be comfortable in their dress.
ALWAYS GET MANAGEMENT APPROVAL WHEN SIZING FOR THIS SITUATION
What is a trunk show? What are the incentives?
A trunk show is where we showcase the upcoming collection for our bridal designers in the store during a specific weekend.
We offer 10% off the bridal gown of that designer we are showcasing for the weekend and 15% off their accessories.
How do I purchase my gown?
When placing a bridal order we require at least a 60% deposit for the bridal gown to be ordered where the remaining balance of the gown is due at time of pickup.
The bride can pay the bridal gown in full.
