b. wavedash on a moon block while the block drifts slightly upward due to the moon block cycle giving you a slight vertical boost
c. wavedash off the side of a moon block and jump during coyote frames because the moon block reverts to its default position since you are no longer touching it and it subsequently moves in your direction and pushes you diagonally upward and forward
d. demo-hyper off a moon block and spam jump during coyote to abuse a moon block's extra leniency and get more vertical speed
