EPFs are required for events that are: off campus, open to non-members (excluding PNM events), requiring contracts or named on insurance, have alcohol, or are high risk. The EPF is now a Google Form online.

Send a picture of the design from the vendor and the name of the vendor to the Merchandise Committee (merchandise@alphaomegaepsilon.org).

When is your Promissory Note due? What happens if you don’t pay your Promissory Note?

Your Promissory Note is due within 3 years of being granted an Alumna Status. Failure to pay your Promissory Note will result in your status being changed and losing benefits of the Sorority.

No, per the voting policy in the Alpha Omega Epsilon Policies and Procedures "if 10 percent or more of the votes are "no" votes, [...] the vote does not pass".

The Foundation is a non-profit organization which invests in women's future in the fields of engineering and technical science by:

What should you do if you believe there has been a violation to the Risk Management Policy?

Make sure everyone is safe (no active danger), alert your Chapter Advisor, fill out a Risk Management Support Form, be available for questions & be honest! Depending on the outcome and severity of the situation, an individual member or the entire chapter may be put on probation or be expelled/charter revoked.
